Ordering Information
US Orders
US orders flat rate $4.95. No matter if you order 1 or 10 items.
US orders including Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via US
Postal Service or FedEx Ground.
(In general, smaller items as rosaries etc. will be shipped
via US Postal Service and some larger items via FedEx Ground.)
Express shipping is available upon request via FedEx Express
or Postal Service Express Mail and will be
charged as per tariff schedule.

Express options are:
Overnight;
2nd (second) Day;
Express
Saver (three days).
Priority Mail (three days cheaper but no guaranteed)
Cut off time for FedEx Express -3pm PST
Cut Off time for USPS Express Mail -2pm
We do not ship Saturday and Sunday.
International Orders
We ship to most countries in the world.
Orders for shipment outside the United States will be shipped via US
Postal Service. Select an item(s) and input your
country of destination. The shopping card will calculate the shipping
cost for your order
All applicable customs duties and taxes are
responsibility of the customer.
Customs duty and taxes maybe applicable when the package enters its
destination country. Any customs or import duties are
levied once the package reaches its destination country. The recipient
must pay any additional charges that may be needed for customs clearance. RosaryMart.com has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what
they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may
want to contact your local customs office for further information. If you
refuse your order and is returned back to us, we will refund your money
less shipping and handling charges and 15% restocking fee.
Note: All
orders must be shipped to a street address. We cannot ship to a post
office box.

US orders
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
If you do not fill comfortable to give us your credit card information online,
you may choose to call us or submit the credit card information by fax or mail.
For US orders, we also accept Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.
Orders paid by Money Order, Cashier's check or Personal check will be shipped after we receive and clear the payment. Payments with
Personal checks may be delayed an additional 7-10 days until the check clears.
Wire Transfer in US dollars is acceptable for orders over $300.00. For bank information email
to: sales@rosarymart.com
Note: In our discretion we may request an additional information as well
as photocopy of your credit card and personal ID submitted by fax.
We will not ship an order if the shipping address is
different from the credit card billing address.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable only on orders sent within the state of
Nevada. Currently 8.10% (as of July 1st/2009).

Delivery Time
Orders placed by 1.30pm PST are shipped the same
day.
US destinations: Basically, you may expect to receive your order in 2 to 6
business days.
All other countries: the transit time may vary from country to country
from 5 business days and up.
Note: We own the products that we offer, we do not drop ship, all products
will be shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.

Currently, we do not accept backorders.

Return Policy
We at RosaryMart.com stand behind every product we sell.
If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products for
exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return for refund: We will credit back the original amount less shipping and
handling and less 10% restocking fee.
Return for exchange: No restocking fee, you must pay only for the shipping
of the new item(s)
Before returning any item you must contact RosaryMart.com via e-mail at rma@rosarymart.com
or by calling us to receive a RMA number. You must repackage the
unused/undamaged items in its original boxes, pouches, etc. Please, enclose the packing slip/invoice,
write the RA number. Send the package via
carrier of your choice. Insure the shipment for the
total amount of the invoice. This is for your protection. RosaryMart
is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
Any order returned without an authorization will be charged
50% restocking fee of the total order amount less shipping and handling.
We inspect every product before shipping. However, If you receive a defective product you may return it for a replacement or
a full refund. Any returned merchandise must be
unused and undamaged. RMA# and inspection required. Available only for US orders.
Note: We consider a product
as defective when it has a manufacturing defect but not a product that was
misused, forced and damaged.

Order Cancellation
Order can be cancelled at any time before it has been shipped. Email at customerservice@rosarymart.com

Refused orders will be charged 15% restocking fee of the total order
amount plus shipping and
handling.
