Shipping Information

US Orders
US orders flat rate $4.95. No matter if you order 1 or 10 items.
US orders including Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx Ground.
(In general, smaller items as rosaries etc. will be shipped via US Postal Service and some larger items via FedEx Ground.)

Express shipping is available upon request via FedEx Express and will be charged as per FedEx tariff schedule. Should you like to order express shipping, please email to: sales@rosarymart.com (include the order number) or call us. Let us know that you are in a rush.
Express options are:
Overnight; 2nd (second) Day; Express Saver (three days). If you order express shipping by 2pm PST, the order will be sent the same day, orders placed after 2pm PST will be sent the next business day.
We do not ship Saturday and Sunday.

International Orders
Currently, we ship only to the countries listed in our country list.
Orders for shipment outside the United States will be shipped via US Postal Service. For your convenience the shopping card will calculate the shipping cost for your order. Select an item(s) and input your country of destination.

Customs duty and taxes maybe applicable when the package enters its destination country. All applicable customs duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. The recipient must pay any additional charges that may be needed for customs clearance. RosaryMart.com has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse your order and is returned back to us, we will refund your money less shipping and handling charges and 15% restocking fee.

Note: All orders must be shipped to a street address. We cannot ship to a post office box.

Payment Options

US orders
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
If you do not fill comfortable to give us your credit card information online, you may choose to call us or submit the credit card information by fax or mail.

We also accept Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.
Please Note: If you pay by Money Order, Cashier's check or Personal check your order will be shipped after we receive and clear the payment. Payments with Personal checks may be delayed an additional 1-2 weeks since it takes more time for personal checks to be cleared.

International Orders
We accept PayPal payments.
Check payment: Certified Bank Check or Money Order drawn in US dollars, order will be shipped after we receive and clear the payment.
Wire Transfer in US dollars is acceptable for orders over $300.00. For bank information email to: sales@rosarymart.com

Note: In our discretion we may request an additional information as well as photocopy of your credit card and personal ID submitted by fax.
We will not ship an order if the shipping address is different from the credit card billing address.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable only on orders sent within the state of Nevada. Currently 7.75%(as of October 1st/2005).

Delivery Time

Available in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days.
US destinations: Basically, you may expect to receive your order in 3 to 8 business days after you place your order (but usually 3-5 days).
All other countries: the transit time may vary from country to country from 5 business days and up.

Note: We own the products that we offer, we do not drop ship, all products will be shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.

Backorders


The item availability is shown on the shopping cart. You may choose to purchase or not an item which is out of stock. Backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as available. Usually, it takes about 3-9 weeks for backorders but for some items it may take longer. Your credit card will not be charged until the item (s) is available and ready for shipping.

Note: We make every effort to keep our web site updated and provide accurate stock availability. However, the site is synchronized with our internal data once per day, and in some rare cases the displayed item availability is possible to be inaccurate. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy

We at RosaryMart.com stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling and a 10% restocking fee) within 30 days of delivery.
Before returning any item you must contact RosaryMart.com via e-mail at rma@rosarymart.com or by calling us to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). You must repackage the items in its original carton and boxes. The return authorization number must be clearly marked outside the package. Please, enclose the packing slip/invoice, properly seal the package containing the unused/undamaged merchandise. Send the package via carrier of your choice. Insure the shipment for the total amount of the invoice. This is for your protection. RosaryMart is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
Any order returned without an authorization or missing RA# will be charged 50% restocking fee of the total order amount.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We inspect every product before shipping. However, If you receive a defective product you may return it for a replacement or a full refund including shipping and handling. Any returned merchandise must be unused. RA# and inspection required. Available only for US orders.

Order Cancellation

Order can be cancelled at any time before it has been shipped. Email at customerservice@rosarymart.com or call us
Refused orders will be charged 15% restocking fee of the total order amount plus shipping and handling.g.
