Do I need to register?
Yes. However, you may browse through our web site or initiate an order
without registering but while checking out you will be asked to register.
Registration allows our web site to store your account information, making
it easier and faster for you to place an order or re-order, check the
status and track your orders as well as review your ordering history. Note:
We do not store payment (credit card) information. Your credit card
information is used only until we process your order.
Business (wholesale) customers must register in advance to take all
advantages of the business account. Please Note: This is
not an automatic process. Your account must be approved. After
approval business privileges will be assigned. You will be notified via email
as soon as your account is approved. For more information see create

if I forgot my password?
Click on "Login" and on the next screen click on
"Forgot
Your Password" , input the email address that you have used to create
your account. Your login information will be emailed immediately to the email
address used to create the account.

I forgot my user name and password!
Your user name is the email address that you have used to create
your account. If you forgot the email address you may create a
New Account. However, you will not be able to see your shopping
history or track your previous orders.
TIP: If you have previously
purchased from RosaryMart.com, or you have pending order, check your email
receipt. Your original email address is listed there.
Should you like to retrieve your account, email us at customerservice@rosarymart.com
, include your first and last name, address, and phone number, (if
business account, include the company name and the account number (if any).
We will email your login information to the email address that you have
used to create the account.

do I update or review my account?
To update or review your account you must be signed in. Sign in by
clicking on the "Login" button. Fill in
your email address and password. Then select " Edit
Account Information" or "My
account". You may review or update your
account information, you may change your user name (email)
password, address etc. Once you finish click on the "Submit Your
Information" button and the changes will take in effect.

can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you must be
logged onto your account. Select "Order Tracking".
The status of your order(s) will be displayed. Click on the order number for
more detailed information, and to review or track your order.
You may not be able to check the status of orders placed by fax, phone or

What is a quick
order?
The quick order system is designed to speed ordering for our customers who
know the "PN" (product number) of the items that they want to
purchase. Instead of browsing through our website to find the products you
want to order, you can
just enter the item numbers and quantities you want directly from this
page. The quick order system is especially useful for business customers.
To place an order just enter the exact product numbers, quantity amounts
and then click on "Add to Cart". Additional instructions are
available on the "quick order form" page.

What is the difference between Individual
and Business account?
The individual account is for the General Public or for everyone who would
like to purchase products from us. You just need to register and your are done or you
may first shop and register while you are checking out.
Business (wholesale) account is only for legitimate businesses that
purchase our products for resale. This account is not assigned
automatically and it has to be approved. It takes about 2 business days for approval.
