He was inspired by the divine vision of Christ, and he wanted to share this experience in the form of a simple pencil drawing. Instead, this magnificent portrait was created. According to many, it is a true masterpiece by virtue of its detail and expression. Remaining in a private collection, the art work was completely restored to its original beautiful condition and offered, for the first time, publicly, for everyone to enjoy.
