Orders shipped to US destinations
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Express shipping is available. Cut off time for express shipping is -2.30pm PST
Express options are:
-Overnight (next day delivery); 2nd (second) Day; Express Saver (three days), Priority Mail (two-three days not guaranteed)
Media mail rates for book orders are available. Order must contain books or printed materials, only.
If you select the least expensive shipping option you may expect to receive your order in 2 to 5 business days. We ship from Nevada. The approximate delivery time to west coast states is ~2-3 days, middle states ~3-4 days, east coast states~4-5 days.
We ship to most countries in the world.
All orders must be shipped to a street address.
Orders cannot be shipped to address different from the billing address.

-Puerto Rico Orders Tracking is available with all services.
We recommend US Postal Service since shipments to Puerto Rico are treated as domestic. For inexpensive, fast and reliable service, Priority mail is your best option.
Tracking is available with all services.
We recommend US Postal Service. It is less expensive and Postal Service does not charge extra fees for customs clearance, but in some cases you might be required to pickup your package from the local post office. Depending of the selected shipping option you may expect your order to arrive ~ in 4 to12 days.
FedEx is more reliable, but all packages go through customs and FedEx charges extra fees for customs clearance. We have included these fees in our shopping cart rates, you wont be responsible for any clearance fees. You will be still responsible for duties and taxes, if any.
For larger orders or heavier packages, as for example books or plastic rosaries in bulk, call us, our customer service will check the best option for you.

The transit time may vary from country to country from 5 business days and up.

*Customs duty and taxes maybe applicable when the package enters its destination country. The recipient must pay the charges that might be required for customs clearance. RosaryMart.com has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse your order and it is returned back to us, we will refund your money less 10% restocking fee, and less the shipping and handling charges.

-If you return items shipped to you using Free Shipping promotion, and your order drops below the threshold amount, you will be charged shipping. The shipping fee is determined by the service used to ship your order.
-If your return the whole order and the order is shipped using Free Shipping promotion you will be charged shipping fee. The shipping fee is determined by the service used to ship your order.
-Before returning any item you must contact RosaryMart.com via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us to receive a RMA number.
-The items must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
-Pack the items carefully so it will not get damaged during the shipping.
-Include the original boxes, pouches etc. (if any)
-Include the packing slip or receipt, write the RMA number.
-Send the package via carrier of your choice but use shipping method that can be tracked. RosaryMart.com is not responsible for items lost in transit, and cannot process your return until the item(s) is received. Please take care in returning your items. Any items received outside of our return policy will be returned without credit.
International customers must write on the customs declaration form that this is a return.
We inspect every product before shipping. However, If you receive damaged or defective product you may return it for a replacement or a refund.
- You must contact our customer service by phone within 2 business days from the date you receive your order.
- Our customer service must be able to validate the damaged/defect and will give you further instructions.
Note: We consider a product as defective when it has a manufacturing defect but NOT a product that was misused, worn, forced and damaged. Most of our products are fine and gentle, and are not made to sustain force.
Refused orders will be charged 10% restocking fee. If you refuse your order we will credit back your account less shipping cost and less 10% restocking fee.
